Tracey has been involved with Corporate insurance programmes for over 30 years, formerly with global insurance brokers, prior to joining JJ Yates in 2003. She continues with the former Managing Director’s ethos that the provision of consistent high quality service, coupled with innovative solutions, following an in-depth understanding of each of our client’s businesses remains at the heart of JJ Yates. Her experience ranges from Commercial Combined insurance programmes to the formulation of optimum risk transfer programmes for large National and International organisations, as well as the Public sector.

Mark has over 30 years experience within the insurance industry, specialising primarily in the provision of Commercial Insurance.
His strengths are his emphasis on close attention to detail and ensuring our clients receive a high quality of service, which is the standard to be expected by all clients of JJ Yates. His professionalism and technical knowledge are also valuable assets being fully utilised to ensure our clients benefit from this expertise.
Ian joined JJ Yates & Co in 1985 and has worked exclusively within the Personal Insurance Department, progressing to Personal Insurance Manager. During his time with the Company, Ian has built many strong and long lasting relationships within the insurance industry and has worked hard to ensure that a wide range of high quality personal insurance products are available to our clients.He is dedicated to understanding and addressing the needs of each individual client and providing solutions and technical advice in all aspects of personal insurances and is committed to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Chris joined JJ Yates from school as a trainee in 1996 and due to his enthusiasm & determination, he has expanded his skill range to encompass both Personal lines and SME insurance. His experience ranges from:

Also, should a loss occur, his tenacity in liaising with Insurers to ensure claims are handled smoothly and efficiently is second to none.
Jo joined J J Yates in 1986 and is responsible for all areas of employee benefits and has an in-depth knowledge of protection policies.
Her strengths are the strong relationships she has built with clients over many years, looking after their employee benefits and assisting with claims management. Her extensive knowledge of the protection industry ensures that our clients benefit from individually tailored contracts and competitively priced arrangements that meet their specific needs. She understands that your employees are often your greatest asset and their health & well being can be vital to your organisation.
JJ Yates recently started an Apprentice programme in which Amy was our first recruit and has completed her first year. Amy has become a valued member of the team as she works towards her first qualification in insurance, Cert CII. She ably assists all the team as she is gaining knowledge and experience in the whole range of products provided to our clients.
Josh joined JJ Yates’ Apprentice programme in 2023 and has quickly become another great asset to our team. Josh is working through his Apprenticeship Programme with a number of additional Apprentices from across the wider DR&P Group, picking up the skills and knowledge that will allow him to develop in the insurance industry.
